What is our return policy ?
Customer satisfaction is our goal. That is why we gladly accept returns on all eligible products (damaged packaging / products, worn or damaged items will not be eligible for return) within 5 days of receipt at the package> address from..
When the customer returns items a return processing fee will be applied for all products returned for refund:
Items of $ 70 or less: $ 5.00 Handling Fee
Items over $ 70 $ 10.00 handling fee
Human hair over $ 120: $ 25.00 Handling fee
Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of their return. Typically, financial institutions will process within 3 to 9 business days.
Eligible products :
In original condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, odorless, signs of wear or styling product). Must have labels attached and in the original packaging.
Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your original order.
Ineligible products :
Worn or showing signs of wear, including odors or styling products, damaged packaging or products, products removed, finished products, last calls.
Ineligible products received by BEH-SBEAUTY.com will be returned to customers at their own expense.
Which payment methods do we accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal
For the convenience of the customers, We also accept the mandates and cash. No check will be accepted.
In order to comply with PayPal's best practice standards, all orders placed through PayPal will be captured within 24 to 48 hours of ordering.
Changes to and cancellation of orders :
Orders can only be changed within 2 business hours of ordering.
BEH-SBEAUTY. com begin processing very quickly so that it can ship as quickly as possible.
Our hours of operation will be Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm (local time).
Additional Shipping Charges :
For shipments returned to me due to bad address information or refusal upon delivery, there will be a $20 fee automatically charged.
Shipping and handling charges will be non-refundable in the event of a return of any kind. This applies to Canada orders only.
